Angie has been offering mindfulness meditations and practices since 2012 and supporting others on their journey. After leaving the corporate world, her path to meditation and wellness began with a Master of Wellness, and then teaching university students in the art of Mind-Body Wellness. When she became aware of the profound benefits these students experienced, Angie then certified as a mindfulness instructor and a mindfulness teacher trainer with the Academy for Mindful Teaching. Angie is passionate about the beneficial effects of using mindfulness and meditation in our daily lives and in helping others find the opportunity to transform and enjoy more fulfilling and meaningful lives. Mindfulness – training our attention and building awareness – offers us an opportunity to pause the busyness, to observe and accept what is happening in the here and now, and apply compassion to ourselves and others.
MINDFULNESS FOR PARENTS & EDUCATORS
Angie has been bringing mindfulness training to young people for the past seven years and is now also offering a mindfulness based training program for their parents and teachers. As a certified mindfulness instructor and mindfulness teacher trainer with the Academy for Mindful Teaching, Angie is passionate about the beneficial effects of using mindfulness and meditation in our daily lives and in helping others find the opportunity to transform and enjoy more fulfilling and meaningful lives. MINDFULNESS IN EDUCATION (MiE)
MiE is a mindfulness-based intervention specifically developed for parents, carers, teachers, counsellors, and therapists who work with children. In this 8-week training the objective is to help you take care of yourself first through the ABC‘s of Mindfulness: Awareness, Be willing to be, Cultivate compassion – and to take this into your relationships with children, partners, colleagues, and others, in your daily life.
We offer 60-minute private sessions with your preferred coach. You’ll get personalized expert guidance, catered to your goals. Deepen your meditation experience and keep progressing.

You will be contacted upon purchase of your class to schedule this session in. If no time can be agreed upon, the full amount will be refunded to the client.
All private classes, will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment and the successful scheduling of the session.
Once booked and confirmed, cancellations will not be allowed less than 7 calendar days prior to the date of the booking.
You may reschedule subject to availability up to 24 hours prior to your session. A surcharge of $500 will be charged for any session to be rescheduled.
