Cedarwood Essential Oil (Relax)


Cedarwood essential oil has a warm, relaxing aroma that is soothing when diffused. It can be used on skin and hair to moisturize and condition.

Cedarwood essential oil has an abundance of therapeutic uses and health benefits, both psychological and physical.  Benefits include protection from premature hair loss to antiseptic and anti-fungal properties. 

Ayurvedic practitioners use preparations from the Himalayan Cedarwood tree to treat diabetes, urinary tract infections, obesity, skin ailments, to aid digestion, to strengthen the heart muscles, to improve blood circulation and to treat pain. The oil is also used for colds, coughs, hiccups, arthritis, headaches and gout. 



  • Relaxation, calm, creating a comforting atmosphere in your night-time routine. Cedarwood oil may have sedative qualities, making it beneficial for alleviating occasional insomnia. 



Topical:  Apply 2–4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution with lotion or oil not required, except for the most sensitive skin. Use as needed.


  • Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily. 
  • Apply 1–2 drops onto your pillow before going to bed. 
  • Diffuse Cedarwood in the evening to create a relaxing atmosphere and help neutralize odors.
