Maggie is a Life Cartographer, Eastern philosopher, Qigong master, Feng Shui practitioner and researcher of Buddhist scripture. After working in hospitality and sales & marketing at international corporations, Maggie felt a calling for change to a more fulfilling and meaningful life. She thus deepened her meditation practice, which had been her secret passion for over a decade by then. Starting her meditation journey in Western tradition, Maggie then explored Zen Buddhism and Eastern philosophies and practices. Now, her daily routine starts at 3 a.m. with meditation. The journey has taken her to publish a book: Nuggets from Qigong Master on How to fulfill your Wish in Life. Her motto “benefit to all humankind” has also taken Maggie to sharing her knowledge and healing globally.

Peak Hike Sunrise Meditation
Start off your day wonderfully with a sunrise hike and Qi meditation. Start at the meeting point on the intersection of Hatton and Conduit Road. From there, enjoy a guided mindfulness hike up the peak, followed by a 25 minute guided meditation. Hong Kong has never looked so beautiful.
Homi Talk – Taoist Neigong (內功, internal power) Breathing
Neigong is essentially about cultivating energy (qi) in your dantien, the field of elixir through breathing. This internal practice has been secretly passed down for thousands of years among Taoists, qigong practitioners as well as martial artists.
