Having started her professional life with a Degree in Economics and a corporate job, Ralitsa decided to pursue her life-long interest in human behaviour. Ralitsa’s passion for Mindfulness started when she first came across Mindfulness Based Interventions for treating Anxiety and Depression while studying for her degree in Psychology. Ralitsa’s confidence in the benefits of mindfulness comes mainly from her own meditation practice. A mother of two grown up daughters, Ralitsa has an authentic understanding and compassion for the challenges of being a parent and juggling with pressures and demands of everyday life. Having lived in different parts of the world, Ralitsa has also experienced the power of acceptance, open-mindedness and letting go, which has helped her develop awareness not only of cultural differences, but also in what unites us as human beings.

MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION (MBSR)

MBSR is an 8-week evidence based, scientifically researched program which was developed in 1979 by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at The University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Since then it became the gold standard in Mindfulness Based Interventions helping people to build stress resilience, improve focus and concentration and live more vibrant, appreciative and engaged life. Many studies are showing the benefits of the program for better management of chronic pain and illness, anxiety and depression.

During the weekly sessions participants engage in various experiential practices, group discussions and exercises, such as mindful movement and mindful walking. The course is primarily experiential and draws on the combination of the universal contemplative practices from the Buddhist tradition, on one hand, and The Western Medicine and Psychology on the other.
In order to best benefit from the course, apart from the 2.5 hours weekly sessions and the all-day retreat, participants are assigned daily home practices and exercises, which are assisted by MP3 guided recordings of the practices, comprehensive Participant Handbook and Home Practice Sheets.

We offer 60-minute private sessions with your preferred coach. You’ll get personalized expert guidance, catered to your goals. Deepen your meditation experience and keep progressing.

You will be contacted upon purchase of your class to schedule this session in. If no time can be agreed upon, the full amount will be refunded to the client. 

All private classes, will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment and the successful scheduling of the session. 

Once booked and confirmed, cancellations will not be allowed less than 7 calendar days prior to the date of the booking.

You may reschedule subject to availability up to 24 hours prior to your session. A  surcharge of $500 will be charged for any session to be rescheduled.
